The Elevate HTM Pathway
From First Exposure to First Paycheck

Elevate HTM isn't an awareness nonprofit, we're a full pipeline builder. We take students from first exposure to first paycheck.
Bryant Hawkins Sr.
Founder & CEO of Elevate HTM
Elevate HTM is the first nonprofit in the United States solely dedicated to raising awareness about the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) industry to the youth. As a mission-driven 501(c)(3) organization, we’re igniting understanding, inspiring and empowering young minds and driving sustainable growth within HTM. We’re not just spreading awareness, we’re shaping futures, building leaders and opening doors to opportunities that will transform the industry for generations to come.

From Curiosity to Calling: Jovan's Journey into HTM

At Elevate HTM, stories like Jovan's
remind us why this work matters.
Javon E., a student from International High School of New Orleans, discovered the HTM industry at a YouthForce NOLA and Junior Achievement event and it changed everything.
With support from programs like mock interviews and a Trimedx internship and mentorship from Bryant Hawkins, Jovan grew in confidence, found his purpose, and even earned a college scholarship.

His journey is proof: when students are given access and belief, lives are transformed.

What Makes Elevate HTM Different?
Elevate HTM stands apart from other HTM nonprofits with its direct, hands-on approach to youth outreach and career development. While many organizations focus on industry advocacy, networking, or professional development for those already in the field, Elevate HTM is dedicated to introducing elementary, middle and high school students, especially those from underrepresented communities, to this career path before they even know it exists

"Good to see. Being from South Louisiana, this kind of career mentorship and direction were severely lacking in the public school system when I was in high school. It's good to see that changing, and good to see someone making a difference."
"Awesome! Keep inspiring our next generation"
"It was an honor to have you, Glenn, Zachary and Lynesha on our campus. The feedback from the students was positive and their minds were definitely opened to a whole new career path. Thank you again for giving your time to our students! You are all welcome back any time!"
"Not only was it FUN to be a part of the morning session, it was encouraging to me. I was thrilled to get to talk to some intelligent and motivated young people. Their questions showed a real understanding and enthusiasm for HTM."
